Abstract: The review presents a sequential analysis of advancing VHF devices for interaction of low-power electromagnetic field (1 kW) with disinfected water medium over the period from the late 1970s up till now. The review includes mostly the authors’ experience and engineering solutions concerned with water disinfection and heating within life support system.
