Реферат: As part of the Biorisk space experiment, containers containing a dry sample of Lambda phage DNA were exposed on the outer surface of the International Space Station for a long time (1st session, 815 (of which 656 were on the outer surface) days and 2nd session, 1179 (of which 961 were on the outer surface) days). After returning to Earth, the samples were dissolved and subjected to the action of restrictases (BsuR I and Sse9 I), followed by electrophoresis in agarose gel. With increasing exposure time and, accordingly, the absorbed dose (from 614 mGy in the 1st session to 750 mGy in the 2nd session), differences in the size and number of fragments for flight and control samples increase.
